The project involves the construction of two private villas within a prestigious five-star resort in the heart of the Costa Smeralda. Designed as spaces offering complete privacy and a connection with the landscape, the residences blend harmoniously into the natural surroundings, enhancing the panoramic views and the relationship with the surrounding area.

The architecture is characterised by measured volumes, natural materials and a strong continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces. Private swimming pools, outdoor living areas and carefully designed gardens become an integral part of the living experience, helping to create a constant dialogue between architecture and landscape.

Particular attention has also been paid to the interior design, which has been carefully considered to ensure comfort, functionality and a seamless flow through the spaces. The layout of the rooms, the interplay with natural light and the connection to the outdoor spaces all combine to define an exclusive living experience, designed to enhance the quality of life and the unique character of the location.a
