The complete renovation of this villa on the Costa Smeralda stems from a desire to re-establish an authentic dialogue between architecture and the landscape, highlighting the unique character of the site and its relationship with the Mediterranean natural environment.

The project is based on an approach that respects the context, where volumes, materials and outdoor spaces blend with the topography of the land and the presence of rock, a defining feature of the Costa Smeralda landscape. The interior spaces have been completely reimagined to foster a natural continuity between indoors and outdoors, through large openings, natural materials and a colour palette inspired by the local landscape.

The result is a contemporary residence that blends discreetly into the landscape, creating a harmonious balance between architecture, materials and nature.
